Terms

This page is a placeholder. It is not a finished contract and it is not legal advice.

The directory

CPA Seek lists practices so a client can search by place and specialty. A listing is not a recommendation, and a license verified badge is not a promise about the quality of the work. Do not rely on a listing alone for tax, audit, or legal decisions.

No professional relationship

Sending a lead request does not hire the CPA. A listing does not create a client relationship with CPA Seek.

Accounts

You are responsible for the listing you publish. Do not post someone else’s license number. Premium pricing is TBD and no card is charged.

Acceptable use

Do not use the lead form to spam listings, submit malware, or collect information you are not entitled to. Do not use roster information to contact licensees in order to sell them a product or service. The form stores what you type.
