What is stored

Accounts store a name, email, and password hash. Listings store the practice details on the profile. Lead requests store the sender’s name, email, optional phone, client type, and message, plus whether an email notification was sent, skipped, or failed.

Roster listings store the name, city, state, ZIP, license number, and status from the state source. Phone numbers and email addresses from that source are not stored. Do not send tax documents, Social Security numbers, or other government ID numbers through the lead form.

Who receives a lead

A lead is stored for the listing you chose. Email is sent only when the listing publishes an address and RESEND_API_KEY is set. The reply-to is the person who wrote in. If the listing has no email address, the request stays stored and nothing is sent.
